For your first question, see the following technote for configuring Domino with IIS. The technote refers to Domino 6, but the configuration steps are the same for Domino 8x.

For the second question, are you looking to use active directory for iNotes user authentication? If so, then it's a simple matter of creating a directory assistance database that sends referrals to the active directory server.
